We love fried okra, especially straight from the garden. While it is not time for that just yet, I used some canned okra, along with some squash that I had to make this delicious side dish. I don't always use potatoes in this dish, but I wanted it to go a little further. It was very good!

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here.
