I don't know why I don't make this salad on a regular basis. Harold and I both love it so much. It's simple and easy and very delicious. You can find the recipe in my Volume 4 cookbook. I even have a low-fat version of this salad in that cookbook as well.

Thank you for sharing this recipe. I had a coworker that had brought this to a luncheon we had at work. She put crushed Butterfingers on top, because of other coworkers that had nut allergies. She was kind enough to share the recipe, but I had lost it. I will be making this for the weekend.

MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .
