HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!!! I love Mexican food and could eat it every week. One of my favorite appetizers is Guacamole. It's not hard to make and you can really add any ingredient that you like. I made this with what I had at home and it is delicious. I would normally add cilantro and jalapenos. I hope you see that it's an easy dish to make and enjoy it like me.

Can you do a post on how to buy Avocadoes? I stand there in the store and mash and look at green verses dark. I I just end up walking away! Crazy I know but really know nothing about how to purchase or store them! I love them!
