Harold is in love...with this cake. It's so delicious. It might even be better the next day. We didn't have any vanilla ice cream so I ate mine with coffee ice cream and it was very good. I hope you will try it!

I usually put strawberries on cheesecake, but sometimes I want something different. I was looking through these cheesecake toppings and found a few combinations I had never tried before.

This looks so good! My wife says now she's dreaming of a coffee cake like this with caramel drizzle on it! We love watching you and Harold! You are so down to Earth and humble and God's love is so evident in you both! Blessings from Ottawa, Ontario (currently buried under 7 feet of snow)

Dinner Ideas

If you find yourself looking for ideas for dinner tonight, below are a few of my favorite meals.

MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .

MY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

This casserole is guaranteed to be a hit with your family. It's easy to put together too. The recipe can be found in the Volume 1 cookbook.

MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Cheesy, crunchy, and packed with flavor—this Mexican Chicken Casserole with Doritos is the ultimate easy comfort food your family will love!
