I love slaw. I make slaw most of the time with mayonnaise but when I make the marinated slaw it never disappoints. It's great if you are going to have it at a picnic because it won't spoil like one with mayonnaise. Another advantage is that it keeps in the refrigerator for up to a week (if it lasts that long).
