I have recipes in the back of my head that I forget about until reminded. This week someone asked me for a Pea Salad recipe. I hadn't made one in years but wanted to share this easy recipe with all of you. This is one recipe that you can add whatever you would like and it will become your special one. I'm sharing mine with you and hope that you enjoy it. It's especially good in the spring and summer.
Can you use canned peas instead of frozen?
This is a great recipe.... I am 87 years old and been making pea saled for years..... It is my go to recipe for home and take out.... We had a gathering and our Daughter brought her pea salad and had put in a (drained) can of shoepeg corn..... Boy did that take it up a notch...... It gives that little crunch.....You are never too old to learn a new trick...... ( 0 :
This is a stupid question but in your pea salad do you cook your peas ?
