Harold and I loved this easy meal! Anytime I can throw something in the crockpot while I'm out running errands or going to the doctor, is a good thing. Next time I would add the onion and bell peppers but you don't have to. This recipe can also be mixed ahead of time and placed in your freezer for a quick meal.

This was so yummy. I added the onion and bell pepper as you suggested, but I also added chunks of pineapple and 1/2 c. of water to make more juice.

Could you add pineapple chunks to the sweet Hawaiian crockpot chicken? Or would the pineapple overcook?
