My friend Louise gave me this recipe and I couldn't wait to try it. It's quick and easy which is a plus when you don't want to be in the kitchen for too long. I added some lettuce and other toppings but you don't have to. It makes a lot! (And yes, you could always freeze half of the recipe for later.)
OMG! Made this casserole last night and it's amazing! Sent most of it over to my daughter
