My Aunt Mamie knew this recipe was my favorite and would make it for me often. I included the recipe in my Volume 1 cookbook. They are so good!

If you want to watch the videos I did a couple of years ago on Facebook, they are in two different parts.

Dinner Ideas

If you find yourself looking for ideas for dinner tonight, below are a few of my favorite meals.

MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .

MY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

This casserole is guaranteed to be a hit with your family. It's easy to put together too. The recipe can be found in the Volume 1 cookbook.

MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Cheesy, crunchy, and packed with flavor—this Mexican Chicken Casserole with Doritos is the ultimate easy comfort food your family will love!
