I have found a new love! Bacon Up Bacon Grease. I've used it for a couple of years to flavor vegetables and such, but I had no idea you could use it in cooking too. I made a delicious peach cobbler with Bacon Up and I couldn't believe the results. I'll have to share that video soon. You can find Bacon Up at the grocery store on the same aisle as the cooking oils.
