BAKED PORK CHOPS & RICE

One of my followers sent me a recipe and said it would be a good one for my husband to cook while I am unable. She said it was super easy and very tasty. I knew that it would be a good one for him to fix but I wanted it now. I went ahead and made it and she was right.....so easy and delicious. This recipe allows you to use pork chops or chicken which means I can use this recipe two times. It is made in one dish which is definitely a plus.
