cookbbook recipe calls for 4 eggs, but in your video you say you put 4 eggs in a double recipe. So in a double recipe should I use 4 or 8 eggs? 8 seems like an awful lot…

Sue years ago Ballard made a virnbread mix I loved for dressing. Martha White bought them out and they discontinued the mix. What do you use for your cornbread??

I’ve never heard of hamburger buns being used in dressing. My great grandmother always baked biscuits the day before and let the dry out to make them crumbly.

I always just used some white bread with it but you can use any bread - hot dog or hamburger buns. I tried biscuits last time and they seemed too heavy for me. They were ok but used a lot of broth to keep it moist.

If you mix it the day before and the consistency is right, after being in fridge all night it firms up. Do you add more broth or will it be correct as is? Seems like I tried that once and added broth again and it was too
