Thanksgiving is here! We love to have cranberry salad as a side dish on our table. I love the fact that it can be made ahead of time too! It brings a nice freshness to all of the heavy dishes. Unfortunately in the making of this video, Harold found out that I add celery to this recipe. He does not like celery, but loves this dish. Hmmmm. I hope you try it! MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .
