GRANDMOTHER GARRETT'S POTATO SALAD

This is my sweet mother-in-law, Thelma Garrett's recipe for Potato Salad. She would always use sweet pickles in hers. I served this salad with ham steaks for dinner. It's quick and easy! You can also find the recipe in my Volume 1 cookbook on page 14.
