This is a simple dish that we just love. I grew up eating this dish and it is still one of my favorites. I included the recipe in my Volume 1 cookbook.
What i do to mine is i use 1 - 2 large cans of diced tomatoes ,salt pepper ,no butter ,but i use V - 8 juice stir in the well drained elbow pasta ,cover for a few minutes cooking on low the pasta will absorb most of the juice . taste for seasoning may add more V- 8 juice . I have eaten this for many years . My mother cooked it often . I love this dish !!!!!

We ate the noodles and tomato at home so good
