When I received this recipe the other day, my interest was truly piqued. So today, with my fresh tomato, saltines, mayo and pepper salad, I am writing to say this is delicious! What a delightful summer lunch and couldn't be easier to make. I can't believe I'm actually going to make this next comment but, I think I like it better than a fresh tomato sandwich 😮
