I'm one who thinks you can eat soup year-round. I know it's especially good when the weather is cold, but we love it any time it's available. I've had this recipe for many years and really don't know where I got it. I just know that it's one that I make and there's always enough of this recipe for a crowd. It makes enough to share or even freeze. I made a pan of cornbread to go with ours. You can do like I did in the video and use a Rotisserie chicken and frozen hash browns to make it easier.
