This is close to what we call Benedictine in Kentucky. Add some mayo and a lil onion and black pepper to the mix….Served on white bread, sometimes add bacon.

MEATLOAF

Normally, I always make meatloaf balls , but today we wanted something a little different. Meatloaf is a staple in many households, and we sure do love it around here. One of the advantages of making it into a loaf instead of balls is the leftovers—because sliced meatloaf makes the best sandwiches the next day. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook .
