An easy recipe, from my Volume 1 cookbook page 24, that you are sure to enjoy. It's simple and quick to put together. We eat it just like this, but you can always add some chicken if you like. It's very versatile.

I made this today and it was fantastic! I had no idea Veg-All would taste this good as a main ingredient in a casserole. Thank you for sharing.

You can use any frozen mixed vegetable brand that you have there. Or can mixed vegetables. I've been making a very similar recipe for years. My recipe calls for frozen. Hope this helps. Have a great day.
