In today's Sundays with Shawn and Amy, they are making Brown Sugar Pork Chops in two different ways. Some in the Ninja Foodie (indoor grill) and some in the oven. We preferred the grilled pork chops but both were delicious!

If you have never tried an October bean, I invite you to do so. You plant them either in early Spring or late summer so you can enjoy them at the end of your garden. October beans have the prettiest little speckled shells, and when you cook them low and slow, they turn so tender and creamy.

We love to have these in the refrigerator to eat with vegetables or really any meal. They only take a few minutes to make and will last a long time in the fridge.
