Aside from my Strawberry Cake, this recipe is my most requested meal. We have it frequently and if I need to take a meal to a family in need, this is the recipe I use. Everyone always loves it. You can find this recipe in my Volume 1 cookbook.
Can I freeze this or will the ritz cracker topping get soggy?
Just made this for dinner and it was a huge success! I added a pack of onion soup to the sour cream and cream of chicken soup, and served it over egg noodles. Delicious!
