When I saw Southern Living post this recipe, I thought it sounded very unusual. But after I read the ingredients, I knew I had to try it. It's similar to a pimento cheese dip but with banana peppers. Banana peppers aren't too spicy but they do have a distinctive flavor. It's very good.





We didn't want a big dinner the other night so egg salad was perfect for our supper. Harold and I both have fond memories of his mother fixing us an egg salad sandwich on Sunday evenings after church. This recipe can be found in my Volume 4 cookbook.
