I don't know why I don't make this salad on a regular basis. Harold and I both love it so much. It's simple and easy and very delicious. You can find the recipe in my Volume 4 cookbook. I even have a low-fat version of this salad in that cookbook as well.

I'm back from vacation but had one more day before I started cooking again. Thanks to my daughter Amy, we had a delicious roast made in the crockpot. It was tender and wonderful!

My grandson, Zack, loves Peanut Butter Pie! I can't believe that I've never shared this easy and delicious recipe with you. You can dress this pie up a little with a chocolate chip or Reece cup topping or just serve it like it is. It's good any which way!
