I was so upset when Chick Fil A took this Carrot & Raisin Salad off their menu. It was my favorite thing. This copycat recipe is very good. We eat it as a side dish or just with crackers. It's delicious! You can find the recipe in my Volume 2 cookbook.

I was excited to get Harold back in the kitchen with me for today's videos. My friend shared this recipe with me and I had to try it. It was very good! It's similar to Bonnie's Meal, which we make all of the time. I hope you will try it.

This is a true Southern salad! With just a few ingredients, you can make my favorite salad. We love it! It's best with garden tomatoes. I sure hope you will try it. You can find the recipe in my Volume 4 cookbook, Simply Salads.
