Harold's favorite pie is pecan! Of course I love it too, but today I wanted to make a pecan pie for us to share. I've made many things in my iron skillet and a pie is one of the best things. All it needs is some vanilla ice cream.

I make peach cobbler all of the time. That recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook. Today I wanted to try making it with pears. It was delicious. I think the added cinnamon and nutmeg made all of the difference. I hope you'll try it.
