My daughter Amy saw this recipe on Tiktok the other day and I had to try it. It's similar to my Pineapple Casserole recipe. It's delicious!

Do you have ever those nights when you just need to throw together a meal for dinner? Tonight was one of those nights. But just because I was short on time and didn't have something prepared for supper, doesn't mean that it doesn't have to taste good. I'm calling this dish, Ground Beef Surprise!

Oh my! I first made this for y'all back in 2020. I just now realized that the recipe was not on my website. You can find it in my Volume 1 cookbook though. I need to make it again, not only to take a better picture, but because we also just love it!
