This one-dish baked pork chops and rice is just plain good. You can even fix it with chicken if that’s what you have on hand. The recipe is in my Volume 3 cookbook. My chicken casserole is everyone's favorite. It's requested for birthday dinners and other special occasions. Every time I post about this recipe, the video goes viral. It's just that good. Well in today's video I decided to change the recipe a little. And it was still very good. The recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook.
I had to throw dinner together in a hurry, so I pulled out my crockpot and came up with this easy recipe. The Conecuh sausage really stole the show—it gave the green beans and potatoes the best flavor. Simple ingredients, hardly any effort, and a meal that Harold and I both enjoyed!
