I make peach cobbler all of the time. That recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook. Today I wanted to try making it with pears. It was delicious. I think the added cinnamon and nutmeg made all of the difference. I hope you'll try it.

Not every meal can be homemade. I like to take shortcuts just like everyone else. The other night I made Shrimp Po'Boys for our dinner and it was delicious! I used the frozen Seapack shrimp, cooked according to the package's directions. Then I just added my homemade Thousand Island Dressing and a few fixings. We will be making it again!
