Not every meal can be homemade. I like to take shortcuts just like everyone else. The other night I made Shrimp Po'Boys for our dinner and it was delicious! I used the frozen Seapack shrimp, cooked according to the package's directions. Then I just added my homemade Thousand Island Dressing and a few fixings. We will be making it again!

This is a simple dish that we just love. I grew up eating this dish and it is still one of my favorites. I included the recipe in my Volume 1 cookbook.
