This is a true Southern salad! With just a few ingredients, you can make my favorite salad. We love it! It's best with garden tomatoes. I sure hope you will try it. You can find the recipe in my Volume 4 cookbook, Simply Salads.

We had a busy few days canning lots of vegetables for Harold's brother while he was in town. The entire family loves my Squash Relish recipe from the Volume 1 cookbook. It makes a ton but then you have it all year long. We love to eat it over vegetables.
This is a very simple pie recipe from my Volume 1 cookbook. It doesn't have to be a holiday to enjoy a delicious Pecan Pie. We love it with Vanilla ice cream! You can make your own pie crust or buy a refrigerated shell to make the recipe even easier.
