I love thousand island dressing! I've made it for years trying to copy a restaurant in Birmingham names Lloyd's. I never expected their secret ingredient. Pineapple Juice. That one ingredient makes all of the difference. We love it! You can find this recipe in my Volume 4 cookbook.

I had never heard of using canned potatoes as a short cut when making potato salad. Kathy from Kathy's Southern Kitchen shared this recipe with me for my Volume 4 cookbook and the name just caught my eye. I was pleasantly surprised!
