MEXICAN SALAD

I love anything Mexican! This recipe for this Simple Mexican Salad doesn't actually include any meat in it. I was VERY surprised when Harold and my son-in-law, Shawn, both loved it even without the meat. Of course, you can add it if you would. It's a keeper in our eyes.
