I love thousand island dressing! I've made it for years trying to copy a restaurant in Birmingham names Lloyd's. I never expected their secret ingredient. Pineapple Juice. That one ingredient makes all of the difference. We love it! You can find this recipe in my Volume 4 cookbook.
